Hi, we’re FEST and welcome to the FEST Market Refund Rules. We are the authors of the program code for the all plugins presented in our store. Refund rules apply to all plugins and customers.
The plugins that we sell on the shop are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
Before you ask for a refund
If you experiencing a technical issue with the plugin we recommend that you contact us of that plugin and seek assistance. Often we are able to help to troubleshoot your problem.
Refund without questions
We support an automatic refund without any questions through Stripe. You can ask for a refund without explaining the reason, however, it is very important for us to know why our plugins didn’t suit you.
Reasons for a refund
We understand, however, that sometimes we may not be able to solve your issue or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. Here are the cases in which we refund:
- Plugin is “not as described” or the plugin doesn’t work the way it should.
- Plugin has a security vulnerability ( & about bug bounty ).
- Plugin that have not been downloaded
Plugin is “not as described” or the plugin doesn’t work the way it should.
We commit ourselves to a quick troubleshooting if you send us the details (full error text, screenshot). You will be promptly sent a new version of the plugin. In case we cannot promptly eliminate the error or you cannot wait, we will make a refund.
Plugin has a security vulnerability ( & about bug bounty )
If you provide evidence that our plugin has vulnerabilities, we will quickly fix them and send you a link to the updated version. If this does not suit you, we will make a refund. If you are a White Hat – unfortunately at the moment we do not have a bug bounty program, contact us and we will discuss your reward individually.
Plugin that have not been downloaded
If for some reason you can’t download the plugin, for example, if our site is under ddos attack, send us a message containing your license key and we will send you a file in the email attachment. If this method does not suit you, we will of course refund you.
